First and foremost, on behalf of our team, we hope you and your loved ones are staying safe and healthy. With the safety and well-being of our local customers, associates and our community is always a top priority.

Designs Plus Custom Shirts is offering local curbside pickups and shipping.

We are optimistic for the future and we’re happy to announce that we are opening on November 18th 2020 at our new office location 53 Killam Dr., Moncton NB., E1C 3R1

We remain committed to providing a safe, welcoming and comfortable experience for everyone. Upon reopening, our store team will follow processes and procedures in accordance with guidance from government and health authorities, including the use of personal protective equipment, social distancing, contactless payment options, and more. When will your store reopen?

The health and safety of our customers and associates continues to remain our highest priority. We are open, we are following the requirements of health and government officials. Reduced hours of Monday to Friday 10AM to 6PM EST

What precautions are you taking to protect customers and employees in stores?

We are following guidance from government and health authorities, and complying with the requirements, to put a range of precautionary measures in place, including:

• Requiring all in-store associates at Designs Plus Custom Shirts to use face coverings when working in store
• Requiring customers to use face coverings while shopping in store
• Conducting associate wellness checks
• Enhancing cleaning routines
• Implementing various measures to encourage social distancing
• Managing occupancy limits to encourage social distancing
• Installed plexiglass barriers at checkout
• Encouraging contactless payment options, where available
• Reducing hours

Are you still offering in-store pickup?

Yes we are still offering in store pick-ups. We are also offering curbside pick-ups at scheduled times.

What precautions are you taking to ensure my online order is safe to receive?

The health and safety of our customers and associates is our highest priority. We are following local government and health authorities’ guidelines and taking several precautionary measures across our operations:

• We have adjusted our normal practices to account for appropriate social distancing guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO)
• We have implemented enhanced cleaning and hygiene practices, including wellness checks. Our packing practices have also been adjusted to account for appropriate social distancing guidelines to ensure both associate and package safety.
